Admin reports are found in the admin panel of your account.
Log in to your admin portal using the username and password assigned to your account.
Log in to your account in the user portal and click the Settings icon.
Find the welcome email with your username and password. Use the URL provided to log in. Follow the prompts to change your password.
From the home screen of your desk phone, select the Call History softkey.
Press the voicemail button on your desk phone, or dial 001 from any phone and follow the prompts.
Pick up the handset or press the Answer softkey.
